Lived there for 5 years nice family oriented
Nice community to live in. They hired a new manager about a year ago who is much better than the previous one. Management and ownership seem to care about the upkeep of the park and keep it as clean as possible. Community is pet and family friendly. Also the lot rent is much more reasonable than many other communities I researched around Atlanta.
I've lived here off and on for over 20 years and I can say it's one of the cleanest mobile home parks I have seen in a while. My suggestion would be make it a no ICE ZONE.
I have there for about 3 or 4 years now and it is a great place to live! The park is clean with a lake, pool and very friendly neighbors. They just repaved the whole park and it looks incredible. All the homes have space between them and the people who live there seem to keep their properties up. It is child and pet friendly with a bus stop right at the entrance. All in all you can't go wrong by living here.
